Louise was the first State Manager of Green Skills Inc, and oversaw its growth for the first 10 years of its life. Her leadership and vision was at the core of the growing organisation, and she continues to work there in project development.

Organiser & Presenter 2016-2025
The WELA courses provide life-changing residential courses and mentorship for emerging female environmental leaders. Louise is now a lead presenter and course organiser.

NATIONAL LANDCARE NETWORK
Chair, 2023-2024
The National Landcare Network is the peak body for Landcare groups in Australia. Louise has been on the National board for four years, and has been Chair,providing policy development, lobbying and leadership, from 2023-2024.

WA LANDCARE NETWORK
Executive Officer 2017-21
The WA Landcare Network is the peak body for Landcare groups in Western Australia. Louise has been the Executive Officer for the WA Landcare Network for the last four years, providing policy development, day-to-day management, lobbying and leadership. Lou was the Co-Chair for the 2019 WA State NRM and Coastal Conference.

CENTER FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVING, DENMARK
Initiator and Coordinator - 2005-2013
The Centre for Sustainable Living (CSL) was a multi-year project run by Green Skills Inc. The Centre combined accommodation with training and teaching facilities, and and worked as a site for events, courses, and environmental education for the entire community. Louse was responsible for gaining project funding, managed the re-development of the old College of Agriculture buildings, and ran the center over its life.
